The academy welcomes individuals at every stage of their journey, offering practical experience, industry insights, and the support needed to confidently step into the construction industry. From pre-employment training courses to on-site mentoring, we are focused on shaping the next generation of construction professionals.

Meet Tsion Gebru, now an Assistant Site Manager at OHOB. After spending years in healthcare and balancing life as a mother of two, Tsion made the leap into construction through our CITB ‘Change Your Script’ program. With the right guidance and support, she developed new skills, gained qualifications, and took her first steps on site.

Today, Tsion is thriving in her role, where her adaptability and leadership have made her a key member of the team. She exemplifies the fact that, with the right support, a career change is not only possible but also powerful.
