POSITIVE IMPACT REPORT

As part of our undertaking to measure impact,
we have published our first Positive Impact Report. Sustainability, social value and economic development are intrinsic drivers of our joint enterprise. In this first report, we share our commitments and aspirations for London and the positive change we hope to realise, through the lens of our partnership development at Bollo Lane.

SCHOOL OUTREACH

As part of our approach to engagement, skills
and training, the West London Partnership has adopted Places for London’s EEP, to attract and
help people to access opportunities by identifying and overcoming barriers. We will support young people to fulfil their potential, improve diversity in the sector, champion future skills development,
and raise awareness of opportunities for school
and university leavers — especially those from disadvantaged or underrepresented backgrounds. Our training will be delivered through an academy and on-site hubs, intended to serve as both recruitment pipelines and lasting community
assets, leaving a tangible legacy in the areas the WLP develops.

SKILLS + TRAINING

Our outreach work is driven by our Educational Engagement Programme, a commitment to partnering with local schools and increasing
gender diversity in the construction sector.
Running co-design workshops with local schools
to design safer and more inclusive spaces, the sessions are staffed with role models to promote female leadership in the built environment.
