BOLLO
LANE

Beginning construction in 2025, we are set to deliver up to 900 new homes at our Bollo Lane development, including 50% affordable housing. Transforming an underutilised industrial area, this ambitious £365m project alongside the Piccadilly line will create a new urban quarter between Acton and Chiswick. Consistent with our vision to create a positive legacy for London, we will seek to realise community benefits through a more accessible, greener, connected neighbourhood. Here are some of the benefits:

Using innovative construction methods and sustainable, durable materials, our building practices are always transforming. We will aim to build to Passivhaus standards, providing environmental performance, well-insulated and cost-effective homes which are more sustainable for the planet and cost of living.

Promoting inclusive, accessible and thriving communities, more public green space will be introduced to Bollo Lane, including a corridor of trees, play spaces and new pavements.

Our homes are built to last — thoughtfully designed with real living in mind. Bollo Lane will include properties with space to accommodate home working, amenities and secure cycle storage. Affordable homes will make up 50% of properties
at Bollo Lane, including a significant proportion
at social rent levels.

Parking stress on residential streets will be alleviated through controlled zones and bus service upgrades, and we will create a cycle link between Acton Town and Chiswick Park to foster connectivity and sustainable living.

Aligning with our ambitions to promote economic growth beyond the footprint of the development, Bollo Lane will include new commercial and retail space, making way for shops and cafes to meet local needs.

Our local training hubs will encourage young
people in the community to enter careers in the
built environment. Training and development opportunities are underpinned by our strong
equality, diversity and inclusion ethos.
